دورنا
نصمم رحلتك ونحجز لك خدمات السفر (الفنادق، والتنقلات، والأنشطة) لدى موردين ومزودي خدمات مستقلين. نعمل وكيلاً بينك وبين هؤلاء المزودين، ويخضع كل حجز أيضاً لشروط المزود نفسه.
مخطط الرحلات
يعمل مخطط الرحلات بالذكاء الاصطناعي، ويقدم اقتراحات للسفر والاسترخاء فقط. لا يقدم نصائح طبية أو علاجية، ولا يغني عن استشارة طبيبك قبل السفر إن كانت لديك حالة صحية. الأسعار والتوفر المعروضة تأتي من الموردين مباشرة وقد تتغير حتى لحظة التأكيد.
الأسعار والدفع
تُعرض الأسعار شاملة للإقامة كاملة بالعملة الظاهرة. قبل الدفع نتأكد من السعر لدى المورد؛ وإن تغيّر نعرض عليك السعر الجديد لتقرر. يتم الدفع عبر بوابة دفع آمنة، ولا نخزن بيانات بطاقتك. قد تفرض بعض الفنادق رسوماً محلية أو ضريبة سياحة تُدفع عند الوصول.
تأكيد الحجز
يصبح الحجز مؤكداً عند وصول رسالة التأكيد ورقم الحجز إلى بريدك. إذا تعذر تأكيد الغرفة بعد الدفع، نعيد المبلغ كاملاً إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها.
الإلغاء والتعديل
تختلف شروط الإلغاء من غرفة لأخرى وتظهر قبل الدفع. التفاصيل في سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد.
مسؤوليات المسافر
أنت مسؤول عن صحة الأسماء كما في جواز السفر، وعن صلاحية الجواز والتأشيرات والتأمين الصحي ومتطلبات الدخول للبلد المقصود.
حدود المسؤولية
لا نتحمل مسؤولية تقصير مزودي الخدمات المستقلين أو الظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا، مع التزامنا بمساعدتك في حلها. لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا في أي حال قيمة ما دفعته لنا مقابل الحجز المعني.
القانون المطبق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين إمارة دبي ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

Our role
We design your trip and book travel services (hotels, transfers and activities) with independent suppliers and service providers. We act as an agent between you and those providers, and each booking is also subject to the provider's own terms.
The trip planner
The trip planner uses artificial intelligence and offers travel and relaxation suggestions only. It does not give medical or therapeutic advice and does not replace consulting your doctor before travelling if you have a health condition. Prices and availability come directly from suppliers and can change until confirmation.
Prices and payment
Prices cover the full stay in the currency shown. Before payment we re-check the price with the supplier; if it has changed, we show you the new price to decide. Payment is taken through a secure payment gateway, and we never store your card details. Some hotels charge local fees or tourism tax, payable on arrival.
Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed when the confirmation email with a booking reference reaches you. If a room cannot be confirmed after payment, we refund the full amount to the same payment method.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation terms differ by room and are shown before payment. See the cancellation and refund policy.
Traveller responsibilities
You are responsible for names matching passports, and for valid passports, visas, health insurance and entry requirements for the destination.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for failures of independent service providers or events beyond our control, though we will help you resolve them. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the booking concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
