غرف قابلة للإلغاء

إذا ظهر بجانب الغرفة "إلغاء مجاني حتى" تاريخ معين، يمكنك الإلغاء دون رسوم حتى نهاية ذلك اليوم بتوقيت دبي. بعد هذا التاريخ تُطبق رسوم الفندق حسب شروطه.

غرف غير قابلة للاسترداد

الغرف المعروضة بأنها "غير قابلة للاسترداد" لا يُسترد ثمنها عند الإلغاء أو عدم الحضور، لأن الفندق لا يعيده إلينا.

كيف تلغي

راسلنا على info@best-versions.com أو واتساب +971 56 335 6239 مع رقم الحجز. نؤكد الإلغاء كتابياً.

موعد وصول المبلغ

نعيد المبالغ المستحقة إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها خلال 5 أيام عمل من تأكيد الإلغاء، وقد يستغرق ظهورها في كشف حسابك من 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل حسب البنك.

تعذر تأكيد الحجز

إذا تعذر تأكيد غرفتك بعد الدفع، نعيد المبلغ كاملاً تلقائياً.

Refundable rooms

If a room shows "Free cancellation until" a date, you can cancel without charge until the end of that day, Dubai time. After that date the hotel's charges apply according to its terms.

Non-refundable rooms

Rooms marked "Non-refundable" are not refunded on cancellation or no-show, because the hotel does not refund us.

How to cancel

Write to info@best-versions.com or WhatsApp +971 56 335 6239 with your booking reference. We confirm the cancellation in writing.

When the money arrives

We return amounts due to the same payment method within 5 business days of confirming the cancellation; it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

If a booking cannot be confirmed

If your room cannot be confirmed after payment, we refund the full amount automatically.
